Yeongwol Sangdong High School baseball team won the ‘Indomitable Hero Award’

Yeongwol Sangdong High School (Principal Han Seung-yong) baseball team recently won the ‘4th Indomitable Hero Award’ at the 10th BNK Busan Bank Choi Dong-won Award ceremony held at the BNK Busan Bank headquarters in Busan.메이저놀이터

At this award ceremony hosted by the Choi Dong-won Memorial Association (Chairman Jo Woo-hyun), the Sangdong High School baseball team was selected for the high praise given to the fighting spirit of the players who dream of playing baseball in Sangdong-eup, a representative abandoned mine area in Korea, and the fighting spirit of coach Baek Jae-ho (pictured), who coaches them. Through this, the Sangdong High School baseball team received 10 million won in prize money.

Coach Baek said, “I am very happy to receive this meaningful award, and I will do my best to achieve good results together with the players, knowing that it means to work harder.”

Meanwhile, coach Baek of the Hanwha Eagles, who was a winning member of the 1999 Korean Series, had a coach-player relationship with former coach Choi Dong-won when he was a player.
